ABOUT THE EVENT
In 2023 Long Island Nostalgia Fest brought over 12,000 visitors together for a two-day celebration of 90s culture. The festival featured over 100+ exhibits, including nostalgia shops, and immersive displays Attendees enjoyed a lively food court, kids zone, and a variety of entertainment, including Live 90s Tribute Bands, a DJ spinning 90s throwbacks, a Live Skateboard Trick Show, Live Street Art, cosplay, photo-op areas, Character Meets, and a 90s Trivia Show.
The Long Island Nostalgia Fest is making a comeback in summer 2025 in Mineola, NY, transforming into an epic outdoor 90s throwback, packed with even more retro vibes for fans of all ages.

PLEASE READ AS THIS EVENT BOOKING IS FOR BOTH FRIDAY & SATURDAY - Vendor Rules & Regulations:
Permits and Licenses: All food and beverage service vendors must possess valid permits and/or licenses required to serve or sell their products at the Mineola Foodie Festival. Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own permits and licenses in compliance with the regulations of Nassau County Department of Health. Beer and wine service vendors must also be in compliance with New York State Liquor Authority (NY SLA). Additional information can be found here:
VENDOR FEES ARE FOR BOTH FRIDAY & SATURDAY. No one day bookings will be accepted for Long Island Nostalgia Fest.
Load-In and Set-Up: Vendor load-in begins promptly at 12:30pm Friday, July 11th, and 10:30am on Saturday, July 12th . Vendors must ensure that their setup is completed, and their booths are ready at least 15 minutes before the festival opens to the public.
Load-Out: Load-out for vendors starts at 9:15 PM at the end of each festival day. Vendors must promptly dismantle their booths and clear the festival space in an orderly manner.
Cleanliness and Maintenance: Vendors are required to maintain a clean and hygienic environment within their booths throughout the festival hours. At the end of the festival day, vendors must leave their assigned space clean and free of any debris, products, or trash.
Compliance with Health Regulations: All vendors must comply with the health and sanitation regulations set forth by the NYS and Nassau County Department of Health. Food vendors must ensure proper food handling, storage, and disposal practices to maintain public health standards.
Sales and Transactions: Vendors are responsible for handling their own sales transactions and providing necessary equipment such as cash registers, card readers, etc. All sales transactions must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Safety and Security: Vendors are responsible for the safety and security of their products, equipment, and personal belongings.
