We believes in democratizing access to artistic expression, rejecting the notion of imposing exorbitant fees on artists to showcase their talents. Instead,  providing a platform for emerging artists without financial barriers. By paying reasonable vendor and exhibitor fees, participants not only gain exposure but also contribute to nurturing emerging talent. Unlike other events that levy hefty fees or claim a percentage of artists' sales, we prioritize empowering creatives and fostering a supportive community where artistic innovation grows.

Vendor Rules & Requirements:

1. Restricted Vendors: No Food/Beverage Vendors. No Cannabis Vendors will be accepted to Mineola Arts + Automobiles.  Food and beverage services will be provided by local brick and mortar establishments ONLY. Please see our other events to apply for events where food/beverage vendors are permitted. 
2. Vendor Setup Time: Vendor Load-In: 8:30am - 11:45am. Vendors are required to be fully set up for service 15 minutes before the event start time. No late vendors will be permitted to setup once the event is open to the public. 
3. Vehicle Showcase Setup Time: Vehicle Load-In: 9:30am - 11:15am. Vehicles are required to be parked 15 minutes before the event start time. No late vehicles will be permitted to park once the event is open to the public. 
4. Break Down Time: Vendor/Vehicle Load-Out: All vendors and vehicles will not be permitted to exit till after the event ends.  2nd Street will remain closed to traffic till 6pm. At which time vehicles may exit and vendors may load out.  
5. Equipment Responsibility: Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, and payment collection methods for their booth.
6. Vendor / Artist Spaces: This is event will be located at Morgan Parc, the event will be both indoor and outdoor.  Please ensure you choose the proper space below.  Tents will not be permitted for indoor spaces.  
7. Event Esthetics: Think Industrial Chic!  Artists/Vendors should design their spaces using creativity  - We encourage you to think outside the box when displaying your products and art work.  
8. Indoor Art Exhibition Space: The space is a raw unfinished space with concrete floors and exposed ceilings, exhibitors should aim to provide an edgy esthetic to complement the industrial feel of the indoor retail space at Mineola Arts + Automobiles.  Exhibitors are  to provide their own means to display their work. This includes any necessary equipment, such as easels, temporary walls, display boards, tables, or stands. Exhibitors should ensure that their display is sturdy, secure, and suitable for showcasing their artwork. The event organizers will not provide display materials or equipment. Exhibitors are encouraged to plan and prepare their displays in advance to ensure a professional and visually appealing presentation of their work.

Event Layout: Mineola Art + Automobiles will be hosted at Morgan Parc, a luxury residence and retail space on 2nd Street, in Mineola.  The first floor retail spaces of Morgan Parc will be transformed into an industrial art galleries and a artisan market, along side an indoor custom motorcycle fleet. The Circular driveway will host our vehicle showcase, artisans and music.  Additionally 2nd Street will be closed to traffic to allow for vehicle showcase, outdoor dining, beverage service, and more outdoor vendors.

Liability Agreement for Mineola Arts + Automobiles:

By participating in the Mineola Arts + Automobiles event, all exhibitors and participants agree to the following terms:

No liability for property, art, items, products, or vehicles will be assumed by LiPopUp Event Production (the producer of the event), the Village of Mineola (the host of the event), or Morgan Parc (the location of the event), Mineola Metro LLC or Lalezarian Properties LLC or any of its affiliates, employees or principals. Any and all liabilities, damages, or losses incurred are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the participating individuals or businesses exhibiting at the event.

By signing this agreement, the participant acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury to their property, art, items, products, or vehicles and waives all claims against LiPopUp Event Production, the Village of Mineola, Morgan Parc, Mineola Metro LLC and Lalezarian Properties LLC and its affiliates, employees and principals. The participant also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LiPopUp Event Production, the Village of Mineola, and Morgan Parc, Mineola Metro LLC or Lalezarian Properties LLC and its affiliates, employees and principals from any claims, actions, or suits arising from their participation in the event.
