We believes in democratizing access to artistic expression, rejecting the notion of imposing exorbitant fees on artists to showcase their talents. Instead,  providing a platform for emerging artists without financial barriers. Artists not only gain exposure but also contribute to nurturing emerging talent. Unlike other events that levy hefty fees or claim a percentage of artists' sales, we prioritize empowering creatives and fostering a supportive community where artistic innovation grows.

Vendor Rules & Requirements:

1. Vendor Setup Time:

   Vendor Load-In: 12:30pm - 3:45pm. Vendors are required to be fully set up for service 15 minutes before the event start time. No late vendors will be permitted to setup once the event is open to the public. 

2. Vehicle Showcase Setup Time:

   Vehicle Load-In: 2:45pm - 3:45pm. Vehicles are required to be parked 15 minutes before the event start time. No late vehicles will be permitted to park once the event is open to the public. 

3. Break Down Time:

   Vendor/Vehicle Load-Out: All vendors and vehicles will not be permitted to exit till after the event ends.  2nd Street will remain closed to traffic till 9pm. At which time vehicles may exit and vendors may load out.  

4. Equipment Responsibility:

   Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, and payment collection methods for their booth.

5. Vendor / Artist Spaces:

   This is event will be located at Morgan Parc, the event will be outdoors.  Please be prepared to work outside, tents are not required but highly recommended.

6. Mural Artist:

   Each mural artist will be provided a 6' x 8' wall space in the heart of downtown Mineola. Artists must bring their own paint, brushes, and supplies. The wall will be primed in a light blue or green base. All murals must be family-friendly—no nudity, violent imagery, or references to illegal activity.

7. Event Esthetics:

   Artists/Vendors should design their spaces using creativity  - We encourage you to think outside the box when displaying your products and art work.  

8. Commission-Based Sales Organization: If your company maintains a policy restricting participation to a single representative or sales agent per event, it is your responsibility to verify exclusivity with festival production prior to completing registration.

   Festival organizers are not responsible for enforcing internal company policies. No on-site refunds, credits, or accommodations will be provided.

Event Layout: Mineola Arts Festival will be hosted in Downtown Mineola, along 2nd Street, and the driveway of Morgan Parc a luxury residence and retail space on 2nd Street, in Mineola.  The Circular driveway will host our art vehicle showcase, artisans and music.  Additionally 2nd Street will be closed to traffic to allow for live mural art, outdoor dining, beverage service, and vendors.

• Vendors + Exhibitors: Fashion/Streetwear. Jewelry. Home Decor. Wellness. Textiles. Woodwork. Leather Goods.. etc.

   

Liability Agreement for Mineola Arts Festival:

By participating in the Mineola Arts Festival event, all exhibitors and participants agree to the following terms:

No liability for property, art, items, products, or vehicles will be assumed by LiPopUp Event Production (the producer of the event), the Village of Mineola (the host of the event), or Morgan Parc (the location of the event), Mineola Metro LLC or Lalezarian Properties LLC or any of its affiliates, employees or principals. Any and all liabilities, damages, or losses incurred are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the participating individuals or businesses exhibiting at the event.

By signing this agreement, the participant acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury to their property, art, items, products, or vehicles and waives all claims against LiPopUp Event Production, the Village of Mineola, Morgan Parc, Mineola Metro LLC and Lalezarian Properties LLC and its affiliates, employees and principals. The participant also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LiPopUp Event Production, the Village of Mineola, and Morgan Parc, Mineola Metro LLC or Lalezarian Properties LLC and its affiliates, employees and principals from any claims, actions, or suits arising from their participation in the event.
