Join us for an unforgettable World Cup celebration at the Mineola World Cup Fan Fest! A high-energy, all-ages event bringing the global excitement of soccer right to the heart of Mineola.


Experience live World Cup matches on a large outdoor screen, surrounded by an electric crowd of fans cheering every goal together. Enjoy music, a vibrant lineup of food trucks, local eats, and sweet treats, plus drinks and activities for all ages.

Grab your jersey, represent your country, and be part of an atmosphere filled with passion, energy, and community spirit.


Mineola World Cup Fan Fest brings fans, families, and friends together for three incredible days of soccer, food, and celebration—where every match becomes a shared experience.

PLEASE READ - Vendor Rules & Regulations: 


  1. Permits and Licenses: All food and beverage service vendors must possess valid permits and/or licenses required to serve or sell their products at the Mineola Foodie Festival.  Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own permits and licenses in compliance with the regulations of Nassau County Department of Health.  Alcohol service vendors must also be in compliance with New York State Liquor Authority (NY SLA).   Additional information can be found here:

  2. Load-In and Set-Up: Vendor load-in begins promptly 3 hours prior to the opening of each festival day.  Vendors must ensure that their setup is completed, and their booths are ready at least 15 minutes before the festival opens to the public. 

  3. Load-Out: Load-out for vendors starts 15 minutes after the closing of each festival day.  Vendors must promptly dismantle their booths and clear the festival space in an orderly manner.  

  4. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Vendors are required to maintain a clean and hygienic environment within their booths throughout the festival hours.  At the end of the festival day, vendors must leave their assigned space clean and free of any debris, products, or trash.   

  5. Compliance with Health Regulations: All vendors must comply with the health and sanitation regulations set forth by the NYS and Nassau County Department of Health.  Food vendors must ensure proper food handling, storage, and disposal practices to maintain public health standards. 

  6. Sales and Transactions: Vendors are responsible for handling their own sales transactions and providing necessary equipment such as cash registers, card readers, etc.  All sales transactions must comply with applicable laws and regulations. 

  7. Safety and Security: Vendors are responsible for the safety and security of their products, equipment, and personal belongings. 

  8. Commission-Based Sales Organization: If your company maintains a policy restricting participation to a single representative or sales agent per event, it is your responsibility to verify exclusivity with festival production prior to completing registration.

    Festival organizers are not responsible for enforcing internal company policies. No on-site refunds, credits, or accommodations will be provided.
